Wave has partnered with Trusted Logic Mobility to replace traditional authentication with a mobile device using a TCG Mobile Trusted Module (MTM) running in ARM TrustZone with a Trusted Execution Environment. The device access control application uses the highly secure MTM to authenticate to and retrieve credentials from the Wave Cloud with no user interaction. Credentials protected in device secure storage provides stronger authentication that is highly resistant to tampering. In addition the MTM is used to check the health of the device and communicate it to the Wave Cloud service for evaluation prior to granting access.
